4 Juli 2010, Russ Irwin kembali akan melayani di kebaktian bahasa Indonesia jam 10:00 pagi dan kebaktian bahasa Inggris jam 12:00 siang. Pelayanan Russ Irwin sudah tidak asing lagi bagi sebagian jemaat ICCC. Beliau adalah Director of Ministry dari Singing Waters, mantan pastor, church planter dan professor Clinical Psychology.
